At Zark Homes, every piece is thoughtfully curated or handcrafted to become part of your home for years to come. Because many of our collections are artisan-made, handcrafted, or produced in limited quantities, we encourage customers to review product details carefully before placing an order.

Your trust is important to us, and if something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right.

 

I. Exchange Eligibility

We gladly offer exchanges under the following circumstances:

·       You receive a damaged product.

·       You receive an incorrect item.

·       The product has a manufacturing defect.

·       The item arrives incomplete or missing components.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Requests received after this period may not be eligible for exchange.

 

II. Items Not Eligible for Exchange

We are unable to offer exchanges for:

·       Change of mind

·       Ordering the wrong item

·       Incorrect size expectations after purchase

·       Minor handcrafted variations in texture, finish, colour, engraving, or natural material characteristics

·       Items showing signs of use or damage after delivery

Each handcrafted piece carries subtle variations that celebrate the artisan's work and should not be considered defects.

 

III. Condition of Returned Items

Approved exchanges must be returned:

·       In unused condition

·       In original packaging

·       With all tags, boxes, accessories and inserts

·       Without scratches, stains or damage

Products that do not meet these conditions may be returned to the customer.

 

IV. Exchange Process

1.    Contact us via WhatsApp or email with:

o   Order Number

o   Clear photographs

o   Short description of the issue

2.    Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.

3.    Once approved, return instructions will be shared.

4.    After inspection, we will dispatch the replacement item.

 

V. Exchange Shipping

If the exchange is approved due to:

·       Damage during transit

·       Manufacturing defect

·       Wrong item shipped

 

Zark Homes will bear all shipping costs.

 

For exchanges requested for any other approved reason, return shipping charges may apply.

 

VI. Product Availability

If the same product is no longer available due to our limited collections, you may choose:

·       Another product of equal value

·       Upgrade by paying the price difference

·       Store Credit valid for 6 months

 

VII. No Refund Policy

To preserve the exclusivity of our curated collections and artisan-made products, Zark Homes does not offer cash refunds once an order has been confirmed and dispatched.

Eligible cases are resolved through replacement or exchange only.

 

VIII. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, or specially sourced products cannot be cancelled after confirmation.

 

IX. Damaged Packaging

Please inspect your parcel upon delivery.

If the outer packaging appears severely damaged, we recommend:

·       Taking photographs before opening

·       Informing the courier when possible

·       Contacting Zark Homes immediately

This helps us process claims more efficiently.

 

X. Natural Artisan Characteristics

Many Zark Homes pieces are handcrafted using brass, mixed metals, natural stone, wood, ceramics and hand-finishing techniques.

Small variations in:

·       Texture

·       Patina

·       Brush marks

·       Hammering

·       Colour tone

·       Grain

·       Hand-applied finishes

are inherent to handcrafted work and reflect the uniqueness of each piece.

No two artisan creations are ever completely identical.
