Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery
We currently deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
Estimated delivery times:
- Karachi: 2–4 business days
- Major Cities: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays, promotional periods, or due to unforeseen courier delays.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
From time to time, Zark Homes may offer complimentary shipping on selected orders or promotional campaigns.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in most serviceable locations across Pakistan.
For selected products or remote locations, advance payment may be required.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive your tracking details via email or WhatsApp.
Delivery Inspection
Please inspect your parcel upon delivery. If your package appears damaged or has been tampered with, kindly notify the courier and contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the parcel and product.
