📦 Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Estimated delivery times:
- Karachi — 1 to 2 business days
- All other cities — up to 5 business days
Deliveries are subject to stock availability and payment authorization. Timelines are estimates and may vary during high order volumes, public holidays, weather conditions or courier delays. No dispatches are made on Sundays or Gazetted holidays.
🚚 Shipping Charges We deliver across Pakistan at a flat rate of Rs. 300 per order.
📍 Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation along with tracking details to monitor your delivery in real time.
📦 Damaged Orders Every order is carefully inspected and packaged before dispatch. If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately with clear photos or videos and we will make it right.
💳 Payment Options
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available across Pakistan. Full cash payment is required at the time of delivery.
Online Bank Transfer: Complete your transfer and share the payment receipt or screenshot with us on WhatsApp to confirm your order.
✍️ Signature Requirement: A signature is required upon delivery. If no one is available at the address during working hours, the order will be returned. Any redelivery will be arranged at the customer's cost upon confirmation.
